GFB IT is committed to being upfront with our costs, with this in mind we have outlined out basic Ad-Hoc costs for non-contractual customers with no hidden extras

Remote support - No contract £35 Per hour

Need a fast resolve to an IT issue without the need for an onsite visit, choose our remote support option.

 

Onsite Support  - No Contract £45 First hour, £25 every 30 minutes thereafter

Managed IT Support Contract

Our Support is split into two catagories, if you require an In-house like IT team then our Managed Service IT is the solution for you.  If you have an IT emergency or generally dont need an IT contract our Ad-Hoc offering would be for you.

We offer server support with remote backup taking the headache out of server management, including disaster recovery and virtualisation.  

 

Pricing for PC's and servers starts at £25 per machine per month.
